Booking Policies
- A 2 night deposit confirms the reservation. Balance is due 60 before arrival
- 1/2 day fee for early/late check-in/out if available. If we have open dates within 45 days of your visit – ask about last minute discounts
- Cleaning fee is $225 unless waived in writing
- Maximum Occupancy is 2 (4 guests are allowed on approval)
- Discounts available for stays of over 4 weeks
- You car must be registered at the AOAO Office in Building 18
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am
- No smoking/Pets
- Additional charges possible for excessive cleaning
Cancellation Policy
60 or more days of notice: 1 night forfeited as admin fee. Less than 60 days notice: Entire fee forfeited. Pro rata refund (except admin fee) if we are able to re rent the condo.
Directions from Kahului Airport
1. Head southwest on Lanui Cir Toward Airport Rd.
2. Travel 1.5 miles straight on Airport Rd, crossing the Hana Hwy
3. Use left 2 lanes to turn left onto HI-311 (Maui Veterans Hwy).
4. Travel for 13 miles. Hwy turns into Hwy 31 (Piilani Hwy).
5. Turn right on Okolani Drive, proceed to 4 way stop and travel straight.
6. Turn into the second driveway on the left for Buildings 24-35 Ekahi Village. Building 33 is straight ahead, building 34 is to the left.
